The process of moving
1. ESTIMATION
Estimating the price is the first step in the moving process. This will be done by our specialist who will come to your residence free of charge to evaluate the volume of furniture and goods to be moved, the floors from which the goods will be lowered/raised, and the access conditions. Taking into account the factors listed above and your requirements regarding the wrapping/packaging of the goods, our specialist will present you with the price offer and together with you will establish all the details of the move.
2. ASSEMBLY AND PACKAGING SERVICE
For packaging, our team will come to your residence/office on the day the move is scheduled or, depending on the volume of the goods, one or two days before. Our colleagues will wrap, wrap and disassemble for you the pieces of furniture that cannot be manipulated other than dismantled. Packing materials can be purchased from us or from other sources.
3. TRANSPORT OF GOODS
After the packing process, the furniture and goods will be loaded into the truck for transportation to your new location. The furniture and all bulky objects will be well anchored and protected with corrugated cardboard and blankets, so that the furniture and fragile objects will be transported in full safety conditions. We assume responsibility for keeping your furniture and objects intact, without damage, throughout the transport and handling process!
4. UNPACKING AND ASSEMBLING FURNITURE
The end of the moving operation consists of assembling the furniture and placing it in positions, as well as dividing the boxes and objects into the rooms specified by you. Upon request, we can also assist you in the unpacking process, and at the end, we will collect and dispose of the packaging materials used in the moving process and no longer needed.
